Sponsorship Materials Acceptance Guidelines
Chapter Sponsorship and Materials Acceptance Guidelines:

Sponsorship information may be submitted from any organization or individual.

The material must be of professional appeal or of interest to the members of the PMI-QCA. PMI-QCA retains the right to reject any materials that do not meet this criterion in the opinion of the PMI-QCA Board of Directors.

Job announcements/postings advertising may be accepted by the PMI-QCA.

Logo and Website link to sponsor Website to appear on the PMI-QCA Website (www.pmiqc.org)

Recommend that the Logo / Icon be based upon the sponsoring organization’s logo.

Subject to approval by VP Communications, sponsor may include additional graphics or text (i.e. date of upcoming event).

Logo/ Icon image should be no larger than 1" by 1".

Can link to Sponsor website home page or other address within the site.

The Sponsorship Order Form should be submitted via mail with payment.

Images should be in either a gif or jpg format.
-
The space required for an image should be no larger than 1 MB.
-
Image file size and resolution may be reduced by PMI-QCA for placement on the website.
Complimentary Advertising Information

Advertising of local PDU events on PMI-QCA Website (http://pmiqc.org) are complimentary (no charge) to PMI-certified vendors/organizations subject to approval of VP Communications.

Corporate Chapter Sponsorship Information
Please include payment of $500 for annual Chapter of sponsorship. Or, $100 per meeting sponsorship.
