Available Sponsorship Levels

PMI Quad City Area Chapter is always looking for sponsors for our chapter.  Whether you are a corporate sponsor looking to engage with our members or have a venue or a food option to donate in-kind; we are always interested in partnering.  We have four different types of sponsorships available:  Corporate, Chapter Meeting, Special Event, and In-Kind.

Corporate Sponsorship - Annual Sponsorship

Sponsorship and advertisement offer a tremendous opportunity for exposure of your company to project management decision-makers in the Quad City area. Our members work in a variety of areas and are always looking for products and services that will add value to their career. We have multiple sponsorship opportunities available.  All corporate sponsors will have their name and logo (including a link to the organization) displayed on the Sponsors section of the PMI Quad City Area website for twelve (12) months and have the company logo on training materials and program media.

Diamond $2,000 (3 available annually)

• Up to twelve (12) complimentary admissions for the sponsor and staff for the dinner / networking portion of the monthly chapter meetings and events

Emerald $1,000 (6 available annually)

Sapphire $500 (Unlimited opportunities)

Chapter Meeting Sponsorship - Single Event Sponsorship Options

These sponsors will be honored at our monthly event and are limited to one (1) sponsor per event.  All sponsor levels will have their company name and logo on the chapter website during the event month and be allowed to display their company banner at the event.

Gold $500

Special Event Sponsorship

Our chapter occasionally hosts special events.  These are typically day-long events that bring in a marjoity of our members.  All sponsorship levels include sponsorship table in teh vendor area, ability to present company goos or services as a raffle prize, and banner displayed at event.  These sponsorships are not always available, but please check back often as opportunities will be posted when available.

Prestige $4,000

In-Kind Sponsorship 

In-kind sponsorship of goods/services provides another way to sponsor PMI Quad Cities and chapter events. We will be happy to work with you to design a personalized in-kind opportunity.

Sponsorship benefits will vary based on event and value of in-kind sponsorship.

Examples include:

Lunch Sponsor             Sponsor works with PMI QC to provide lunch selection for workshop or Professional Development Day attendees

Dinner Sponsor             Sponsor works with PMI QC to provide dinner selection for monthly dinner meeting attendees

Break Sponsor              Sponsor works with PMI QC to provide break snack selection for workshop or Professional Development Day attendees

Venue Sponsor             Sponsor works with PMI QC to provide meeting venue (location) for PMI event(s)

Promotional Sponsor     Sponsor works with PMI QC to provide logo item giveaway for event attendees
