Presenter:  Gena McCullough

Topic: Historical perspective and planning of the I-74 Bridge Project

Biography:  Gena McCullough has been with Bi-State Regional Commission since 1988 and Planning Director since 2001.  Bi-State Regional Commission is the MPO for Quad Cities-Davenport-IA/IL Urbanized Area, as well as the Regional Planning Agency for a two-state, five-county and 44 municipality area bordering Illinois and Iowa on the Mississippi River.  Ms. McCullough, is a certified planner (AICP) and involved in planning activities related to urban and regional multi-modal transportation, air quality, solid waste management, riverfront development, community development and health, and land use and environmental planning.  She received a Bachelors Degree in Geology and a Masters in Geography from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale
